You must be 18+ to rent and 14+ to operate. Anyone born on or after January 1, 1988 generally needs Florida boating-safety documentation plus matching photo ID. See Rider Requirements for the full process.

When will I get the exact departure address?

After your boating-safety credential and photo ID are submitted and approved — at least two hours before your reservation start time.

What happens if I miss the two-hour compliance deadline?

Your reservation is marked Compliance Deadline Missed and equipment release is blocked. Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund consequences follow the policy you accept before payment.

Is the security deposit refundable?
